According to a recent survey from AESC/ Blue Steps while 2 out of 3 companies make innovation a priority, only one out of 4 executives feel their companies are effectively innovating. Majour roadblock to innovation are the usual suspects: structure, role, and decision making and above all the lack of innovation culture.
